Body massage

When we put the girls down in bed, they didn't want to sleep yet. They felt tired but they were enjoying being held by us after a long day of waiting (Other than Sunday, there was only one of us at home taking care of the girls. So, we couldn't hold them most of the time. They played on the exer-saucer or sat on the floor during the day. After work, WY and I finally could hold them in our arms and had played time after their meal.) But, their bedtime came soon after the fast feeding and there were tons of things to be done after they went to bed. So, we tried to get the girls to bed before 9pm.

To calm the girls down, we tried to give them a body massage. We opened our hands flat onto their shoulders and put slight pressure onto their shoulders, then, maintained the pressure as we moved our hands from their shoulders to toes, smoothing their legs; then, we started again from the shoulder down to the tips of their fingers. At first they didn't know what we were doing, rather quickly, they paused their cries and relaxed, and let their body to be straight, then, quiet down, smiled and enjoyed the massage! They certainly knew how to be pampered!

However, they loved it so much when we stopped the massage, they usually cried for some more :-P
